One of those things you never knew you needed is an arm bike. A few years ago, if you spotted one outside of a treatment facility, you were lucky.
However, they have been integrating themselves into commercial gyms, crossfit facilities, and the majority of home gym setups all over the world slowly but definitely.
Even I have to admit that I first had some preconceived notions about arm bikes. Why not use a standard exercise bike if I wanted to do cardio?
Then I attempted a heavier squat than I ought to have and injured my left knee.
Walking became uncomfortable, squatting hurt a little, and practicing aerobics became a distant memory of a painless past.
